  I have been going to this dunkin donuts for many years. Although the service has been slow and has been messed up that does not bother me and i can understand when its busy because the staff has always been friendly and respectful. On january 29, 2017 around 5:20 i went there. There was an older shorter woman employee who was rudely loudly snapping to the other young man employee for no reason causing me to feel uncomfortable and outraged for the young man who was quietly doing his job She was making rude comments loudly enough for the whole world to hear how no tip was left. She was also rude to the customer after me. Never have i felt so disrepected and uncomfortable by an employee there who was complaining just because she had to do her job. I would understand a little more if they were crazy busy but the place was empty beside one customer that was after me. This isnt the first time i have experienced her impatience and rudeness. Im definetly considering finding a new dunkin donut location

  Service is by far the worst here. Manager was useless, walked past us while the 5 people behind us were served and never bothered asking what we were waiting for, but filled coffee orders for the people behind us. 1 girl walking around like she had no idea what to do, and the girl on the register had to repeatedly ask what we were ordering. 3 times for a coffe with cream and sugar...seriously? Idk wtf these people are doing, but they are NOT running a business. I will purposely drive out of my way to Wawa before returning here....

  I come here to get two things, a hot chocolate and a coffee cake muffin. And every single time I come here something is wrong. They either give me the wrong muffin or they give me coffee instead of hot chocolate. Worst employees ever
