Second.. it would be nice to see the store follow the service dog law. And only allow service animals inside the store, out of respect for other customers.February 04, 2017 - 1 / 5By Jordan McCallOrdered a mocha and bagel, took more than 20 minutes to get each as I saw many customers order after me and get served before. Finally the mocha was delivered cold and the barista hadn't made the bagel because "she totally forgot about it". My only visit here so not sure if it was that employee or a systemic lack of customer service. Would consider giving a second chance, but not when I have anything else scheduled that day.September 09, 2016
